Aide aux animaux ASBL

This non-profit  association rescues, treats, and rehomes abused or abandoned animals and supports pets of deceased owners. To avoid cage stress, all rescues are placed in foster homes or with adopters. Since 2021, they’ve collected pet supplies for small shelters. New in 2025: custom-made, affordable wheelchairs for disabled animals.

Sans Collier

Founded in 1972, Sans Collier rescues and rehabilitates over 1,800 animals annually without euthanasia. With two shelters in Walloon Brabant, the organization raises awareness about animal welfare and responsible adoption.

Borderline Collie ASBL

This association rescues Border Collies in need and finds them loving foster families in France and Belgium. They ensure each dog receives proper care and attention while waiting for a forever home. Their mission is to give every Border Collie a second chance at a happy life.

Nosaïs

Nosaïs is a public-interest association dedicated to advancing canine olfactory detection for human diseases. Recognized for its pioneering work in COVID-19 detection, it now focuses on early diagnosis of Parkinson’s, prostate cancer, dengue, and subclinical mastitis in dairy cows. Through scientific research, Nosaïs aims to enhance preventive healthcare, especially in underprivileged regions.

SRPA Veeweyde

Veeweyde is a nonprofit animal protection society caring for nearly 1,000 rescued animals across four shelters in Belgium. From dogs and cats to farm animals and elderly horses, each is given medical care and a safe haven. Fully self-funded, Veeweyde relies on donations and sponsorships to continue its mission.

GAIA

GAIA (Action Group for the Interest of Animals) is one of Belgium’s most influential animal advocacy organizations. Promoting a respectful and humane relationship between humans and animals, GAIA defends their right to a dignified life. At Woofstock, they’ll be present with their Taste Truck, offering free tastings of delicious vegan food!
